I haven't heard an album like this that is so transformative that I am calling it. This will most definitely win Album of the Year at the Next Grammy Awards. From song to song, it takes you on a journey and the songs are constructed so amazingly.... they are all different and yet they work together as a whole. Make no doubt, this is a concept albums and its ear-opening. It's the Alicia you knew was coming. AND, its a must buy. Please don't steal this album, it is worth your dollars. I tell you what.. I will gift this to anyone.. I believe in it so much that I put my money where my mouth is. I will gift this to at least 5 people... .

Thank you Alicia for showing us what you feel on race, marriage, love, self-empowerment, image, drugs, and beauty. You have always stayed true to yourself throughout the years. I didn't relate to this album as much as I wanted to though. I feel like I related to Purpose more. But an amazing artist and stay true to your self.

Alicia Keys has made another timeless album. I think about my everything which is my girlfriend, Erika. Work On It is the highlight I love and have on 🔁 repeat. It inspirational more than can be expressed in any review. Pharrell needs to release more music with her. Pharrell brings the best out in whoever he works with musically. Her album only needs more songs with Pharrell production is my one wish if they decide to work again. I appreciate every release Alicia blesses us with and she only continues to impress me with new sounds with the same effortless delivery in every message her music brings.

Being a fan of hers since day 1 Compared to Songs in A Minor, this is on a WHOLE OTHER LEVEL. Her voice is so fresh and sounds how she did on the fresh album. Illusion of bliss is an incredible power song. You can literally feel her soul in this song and Work on It, More Than You Know, and Holy War. The album tells a story of her NY. Makes me want to move to that great place lol She samples Nas!! She is an incredible artist. Love the arrangements as welll. They are beyond anything she's ever done!! Go AK!!!

i was very excited when alicia keys came up finally with a new album, but i have to admit i'm very disappointed this is not her maybe she changed so much that i miss her old songs, i just can't feel it it's like if her soul is gone... i just stick with the old albums and go with the good memories and just ignore this one... bought and directly deleted from my itunes library...

Where is hallelujah and In common? Still a 5 star to me, yet not the best body of work from AK to date.

As talented and accomplished a singer and musician as she is, I often felt that too much of her remained hidden behind the beautiful surface. So this title feels very right. And IMHO-"Kill Your Mama" has the greatest chorus ever written.

Alicia has always held a space for me to look at things that matter, to Truly love, heal, and to be myself. This album has also helped give me permission to be passionate about things I am passionate about. And she does it with so much grace. What a beautiful, brave, movement-making woman. A true artist❤️

I listened to the album via apple music but I just needed to officially document how much I loveeee this album. Several of the songs makes me feel like I can go out and conquer the world, such empowerment in her lyrics. Also, I don't know if it's just me but her voice got even better! If that's even possible. Do your yoursel a favor and listen to all 45 minutes of it, interludes included( they're pretty funny LOL). LOVEEEEE her!!!!!!! #Aliciasonfire
