This album came out almost a year ago, and I’m here to give my honest opinions. This isn’t a bad album at all. There are many Cathy songs in this album such as I Like it & Bodak Yellow. But this album is so overrated. Most of the lyrical content in this album is repetitive and doesn’t have much meaning to it. Get Up 10 & Best Life are probably the most lyrical songs in this album, but they are still a bit lackluster in meaning. Also her flow is similar in a couple of the songs. For ex. Money Bag & Bodak Yellow sound very similar. Cardi definitely has a lot of growing to do before y’all start to comparing her to people like Nicki, and that’s just facts. Overall a decent album.
Cardi B should not be compared to other rappers because she has no talent in the music industry and her personality is the definition of ghetto trash, throwing shoes and having temper tantrums isn’t cute anymore. I do like some of her ghost writing tho.

I could jam every song on here... Love it ❤️🔥
From listening to her first two mixtapes and now her debut album... she’s definitely a star and a force to be reckoned with. Proud of you Cardi B. #BARDIGANG

😍😍Best album of 2018
I like her videos online of her talking the. I like her music she seems nice but Nikki music is better
her flows are repetitive, she copies other artists lyrics & flow. nothing original about her. she’s overrated as heck.
Anyone wonder why the culture is in the gutter?
A step up in the hip/hop industry. Such a great album!!! Can’t wait for the next!🧡🙌🏽
DEGENERATE SUB-HUMAN TRASH
Her first album and she did that!!! I can’t express how proud of her I am. From the Bronx’s to be being a stripper to having your first album nominated for 5 Grammys. Wow an inspiration to all women that we can achieve anything if we work hard. Also as a Latina seeing a representation of my community breaking records is so beautiful. Love you cardi ❤️ Ps: Get up 10 is the best song in the album ;)
I love the album my favorite two songs are bodak yellow and I like it
I just don’t dig her style. I’m not hating, she got PLENTY of fans, and she gon’ make a ton of money either way, and good for her, but it’s just not a style I’m in to. But that beat... 😳 My GOODness! Great use of Pete Rodriguez’s “I Like It Like That”.
