Dancing Queen is the twenty-sixth studio album by American singer and actress Cher, released by Warner Bros. Records on September 28, 2018. It is Cher's first album in five years, following Closer to the Truth (2013). The album contains cover versions of songs recorded by Swedish pop group ABBA, with the title referencing their 1976 song "Dancing Queen". The album follows Cher's appearance in the 2018 musical film Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, based on the music of ABBA.

OMG .....Amazing album!!!!
Cher was definitely trying too hard with this project. Leave the classics alone. Try some new material.
I love Cher and I thought this was gonna be a new album, it’s all abba songs remade by Cher, no thanks I already lived through these songs in the 70’s don’t wanna re live them, I’m so depressed 👎
Cher sounds fantastic! Love every track!
Cher is amazing and so is Mamma Mia. I love it!!!
Beautifully sung and infectiously fun. Love the variations on some tunes and there’s not a bad track. Just wish she’d done ‘knowing me knowing you’ and ‘lay all your love on me’. Maybe on the deluxe edition. Brava Cher!!
I’m sorry but her voice just doesn’t fits well with Abba music.
Thank you, Cher! ❤️
72 and still powerful, harmonious, and relevant. Hey R&R HOF! Are you listening?
Cher certainly does do justice to these wonderful ABBA songs! From the intro of Dancing Queen (which she hits out of the park) to Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (yes, it was an ABBA song long before Madonna rewrote it), Waterloo, SOS, The Winner Takes It All (five stars on this one, Cher!) and of course Fernando (länge, länge leve kärleken, den kärleken, Fernando -- a song originally written for the awesome FRIDA), Cher just makes it seem as though she should have been the fifth member of ABBA. Imagine how wonderful that would have been! And the emotion-filled One Of Us-- a less-known ABBA track-- is a perfect way to close the set. The only one I don't care much for is The Name Of The Game, but probably because the original production with both FRIDA and Agnetha on lead vocals was so well done that it's difficult to follow. Just a joyous production through and through, and we only wish there were more than 10 songs. Thank you for the music, CHER!!!!!
