Not a fan. This sounds like the dollar store version of the uninspired butt rock I used to hear on MTV and the radio as a teenager. Am I missing something? How do people actually think this sounds good? It must be a nostalgia thing. I tried listening to it because of how highly it’s been praised, but I literally couldn’t get through a single song. To each their own I guess. I honestly like the new A Day To Remember album 1000x better than this. I couldn’t care less about what the dopey hipsters have to say. Some of you have the most warped taste in music, I swear.

Just bought the digital album on my phone and have not stop listening to it. I love So long, Mother Earth, Mars Simula, Self Destructor, Peach, Remember When. But the whole album is amazing!!! Plz keeping making music.

No, I’m not crazy, this is an amazing album. But,,, I had to re-arrange some of the songs for a better flow! I love verrückt (I’m German and crazy) but the song to me didn’t belong opening the album. I also deleted the short filler clip songs which to me weren’t necessary. But all in all Classic but yet different Chevelle!! Tschüss!!!

NIRATIAS is the album you’ve been waiting for Chevelle to release. Dark, creepy, melodic, and leaves you wanting more. Absolute masterpiece.

So many tracks are instant classics, Mother Earth, Mars, Self Destructor, Piistol Star, Peach, Endlessly, Remember When and Ghost and Razor. I will admit there are a few artistic pieces I’m not in love with but I’m overall it tells a great story. I bought digital and Vinyl.

Great album. This one is a rocker. Production is top notch too. Great listening.

This formula of that base coming through is a winning success feels like the old Chevelle

Took a few spins. At fist I thought there was nothin special here but soon got hooked, one track has a major tool sound but the rest is great!

I can’t stop listening to this CD. From the first track that tells you your in for an amazing time to their last. You’re in for music that is kinetic and original. It’s just fantastic all around. I hope they keep making music like this.

Need to stop trying to sound like Tool and go back to being Chevelle. This is easily their worst album to-date and it’s not even close. North Corridor was average (which was their first ever “average” album, btw), but this one isn’t even that. Very disappointed.

Brings me back to the weight room in high school. One of their best! So glad there’s still good rock being put out these days

So Long, Mother Earth is such an amazing song. They really brought it on this record. It’s classic Chevelle, but matured. A lil bit of sci-fi crimes, some TTOTCDUI, some hats off to the bull,... it’s like a compilation of their entire discography, like they’ve taken the best elements of everything they’ve ever written and learned... and NIRATIAS was born. My 4 star rating is actually a 4.5. Album is extremely good and has been on repeat since day 1.

Excellent album! They keep getting better. My favorite track is hands down Mars Simula. I hope this isn’t their last album.

Wow

They stepped it up about 5 knotches on this one. Denser longer songs, instrumentals, an overarching concept. This is a pretty big deal for a chevelle album rather than just a collection of new songs. They really took their time and it shows.

Been Chevelle fan since wonder what's next and after their long run of killing it on each album this one finally just didn't do it for me. 13 tracks but really it's like 9 or 10 really. I was hoping after 5 yrs since north corridor we'd get an album with 13 actual songs. The full on songs there is are good tho like mother Earth and peach so there's that but all that other weird noises they put on there is a let down. I don't know if this is a result of Dean leaving or not. I do think they should go with another producer on the next album tho. Joe barresi was solid but after 4 albums I think it's time for somebody different. That all said I'm still looking forward to their next one regardless.

Best album yet

On a 13 track album there are only 8 actual songs. 2 of those songs are 10/10 levels of excellence (Endlessly and Remember When). I cannot overstate how much love these two songs, they are beatiful and they are easily among the band's best. The other 6 range from bland to mediocre, all equally forgettable much like most of the tracks on their previous two albums which I didn't care for either. The other 5 tracks on this album aren't even music per se, they are just glorified interludes and a final spoken word poem at the end (conceptually and artistically, I suppose it's fine but it's not what I came for nor do I feel the need for more than one listen on it, and I suspect most would agree). What a joke. Even at $10, I feel kind of ripped off honestly. Half the album is literal filler and all but two tracks of the rest are just more par for the course noise and tedium ala La Gargola and The North Corridor. Sad as it is to say, I used to love this band, and now I can't tell who has lost interest in their music more, me or Chevelle themselves. 3/5 stars, and two of those stars are purely for Endlessly and Remember When.

I’m just blown away by how Chevelle has evolved and gotten better over the years. Been a fan since 1999 and I can say this album is like their other album Vena Sera but with an evolved sound. Love these tracks.

Always making great music! They don’t just make radio friendly hits, or anthems, or “popular” songs. They make the music the way they like and make you like it, and I always like it! Always a step ahead in the rock genre.

Chevelle is a rare example of a band that constantly evolves their sound without losing what makes them so special. Each and every album is solid from start to finish, and Niratias is no exception. Heavy guitars, amazing vocals, and solid drums. This is rock at its finest.

This album far exceeded my expectations. Hard and melodic as ever, has a cool, spacey, sci-fi narrative and themes, and has been on repeat ever since it dropped. Highly recommend! Chevelle never disappoints!
