This is a gret deal for a bunch of great songs. I listened to the whole thing in one day. It is like actually being there. When you listen to this album, you can't help but to bang your head! This is a great live performance by a great band.

This album is great there's only problem I have with the album, it's the last song Surfacing, they build all of this energy and they just stop. Even the crowd doesn't know what to do, they just cheer because they don't know what to do. But besides that, this album's awesome. And if you don't like Slipknot, don't even bother writing a review for them. Stay (Sic) Maggots.

First to the haters, if you can sit there in your little computer chair and cry about how horrible slipknot is live then you HONESTLY AND OBVIOUSLY have never seen them live. They truly beat out just about anybody on performance. For one, Joey's drum solo is done on a spinning set where he's upside down while drumming with pyrotechnics bursting into his face, Clown jumps off stage to mosh with the crowd, takes a baseball bat to the venues scenery, and even threatens stage hands with his percussion instruments (that he rips and breaks off himself). Corey alone holds the show. There is no way to describe how he does it, he just DOES. Slipknot is amazing life. They are far from my favorite band but of any out there they take it for best performance. Now this albumn is basically reliving the incredible orgasm I'd like to call their performance. I watched Disaster pieces and it's basically the same thing just more evolved and with the newer songs, MINUS All Hope Is Gone. Incredible. F*ck you queer baits who like to talk ur sh*t cuz you don't know anything bout Slipknot. Do some research before you bash on a band. Grow up. Get (sic) die.

For a live preformance, this is actually good! Even though Corey mumbles alot in Spit It Out, all of the songs sound pretty good. I like Before I Forget, Duality, and Spit it Out. Oh, and Everything Ends!

if your a one of the real hardcore slipknot fans you will absolutly love this album. If your a fan of just psycosocial or before i forget you probably wont like this album. I think its pretty good.

I think Slipknot is way better live because if you go to the last song on the track were the band is very tired after playing so much, YOU CANT TELL! It realy puts their heart into the music wich makes it alot better to listen to. If you listen to them not live its all sereous all the words are correct, its all perfect. But if you listen to them live then you can see a huge difference were they are trying as hard as they can I would say thats freaking hardcore.

Mandingo69 must not understand that at this concert corey taylor didnt just have to fight sweatin to death like every other concert they put on, but he also had a blood blister in his throat and he still wailed like there was no tomorrow. Oh and the sound is supposed to sound a little odd. And who cares if they arent DEATH METAL! Honestly, apparently they are doin somethin right cuz they are rich and famous. So they dont sound like true death metal, but once you go so far in that direction it starts to loose musicality anyway. This album, given the things that had to be endured for this show, still rocks!

they labeled two songs wrong, they labed song +18 Iowa when its really Heretic Anthem while song +19 should be Iowa :OOOO

I am so used to Corey's voice, that even this I can imagine what it actually sounds like as if he wasn't screaming to thousands of people. You should be able to as well, you Maggot fans out there. Stay (sic)

I love this album! I think Duality could have been done better live.

Live albums are meant to do one thing: Make you feel like you're right in the middle of the intensity. But, I can imagine being present while these songs were performed and still be breathing normally. What's most at fault for this tragedy is Corey's vocals. Nothing about them work like they do on CD. He doesn't seem to be able to scream, shout, keep up with the lyrics, or have any real intensity like he did in the original album versions. It's as if he's losing his voice and his vocal range with it. It just doesn't sound natural, as he can't pull off what other vocalists can normally do when they're screaming quick-paced lyrics. He can't keep up with his own lyrics, and often tries to mask it by simply screaming when it gets too difficult to follow (example is on (sic) when he's supposed to shout "sick of it" and just yells instead). Arguably just as bad if not worse is the encompassing feeling of emptiness in Corey's performance. He throws around profanity to please the crowd and tries to get them involved, and it feels like he's just doing it because he has to, like someone gave him an instruction sheet of things to do on stage. There's no feeling behind a word he shouts to the crowd, and it all comes off as shallow, detached, and forced. I was expecting great things from this album, but was devastatingly let down by the apparent loss of heart that I used to love about Slipknot. It doesn't seem that their newest album will lift things up, either, with an even more poppish sound and hollow lyrics. I'll remember Slipknot by their self-titled and Iowa along with the depth, intensity and talent they used to show.

If what Korn accomplished a long time ago was bad a*s, then this stuff right here is the Sh**!!! I'm a Korn fan all the way, but this stuff right here is jsut unbelievable. I believe that anyone that likes Korn should definetly try out slipknot, which stays true to what Nu-metal is all about; buzzing guitars, insane rythm, graphic vocals, and an all out adreneline rush. This is a must buy.

Ok people are saying Corey is bad singer live... No! He has an amazing voice!!! How do you think your voice would sound after singing, screaming, growling, and talking to your fans? So his voice gets raspy, I bet your would too

It's a no brainer, Slipknot with a live album for ten dollars and with a drum solo! Wait, Slipknot? Live? :) :) :). AMAZING!!! Corey's voice sounds bad though, in Before I Forget it kinda sounds like he was getting hit in the head with Clown's bat... Honestly there should be a music video for every one of these songs!

I am a huge slipknot fan and have been for a while now. I have all their albums including Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat and Crowz, but I was disapointed with this. It isn't the instruments or anything it is that Corey sounds like he is mumbling when he screams and he takes a ton of breaths leading to him miss some lyrics. They aren't nescesarily bad live or anything, this album just doesn't show some of their better live stuff. A handful of their songs are good live, but, unfourtanately, most aren't. I do agree with the other review that some bands have better live music like Lamb Of God and Chimaira, but Lamb of God and Chimaira are actual heavy metal bands. Slipknot is just Nu-Metal (Which I personally love, though I do like Metal in general). Overall some of these songs are good most though aren't so great.

I can't believe any of you have the nerve to insult Corey's voice. His throat was strained people its not that hes bad live. I saw them live at the Mayhem Festival in San Bernadino they were insane. IF YOUR A MAGGOT RATE THIS HELPFUL

Normally I disagree with the concept of Live Albums, but this one was AMAZING. All the songs, the jokes, the the cursing out record companies... it's a fury of awesome. The songs flow easily from one another, as if you were watching a live concert (only, your couldn't see).

I defend slipknot because they're my ultimate favorite band, but Corey screwed up BIG. The lyrics are all screwed up, the song's quality seem to go down, but still, I think it's a great album, just not their best. If Corey wants MY ADVICE, he should stop taking a breath every 5 seconds.

5 stars. corey's lyrics and bringing the crowd into the show is awesome. james and mick are just as good live in the recording studio. joey, shawn, and chris put together the best percussion you can find. sid's scratching skills are amazing, and craig keeps certain songs like iowa alive with these great sounds. paul keeps a dark tone through even the highest pitched guitar riffs. my favorite song off this album has to be before i forget. buy this album if you even if you only LIKE slipknot.

i think its annoying how many people bash corey coz his voice is scratchy on this album. Its a freekin live album what do u expect? im pretty sure if u were in a band that sang this music and u were on tour for months on end singing these songs every other night for a couple hours, your voice would be completely shot. so lets stop and think before we complain that his voce isnt good enough. this album is beast...

Slipknot is awesome. You dont need to listen to it, and if you dont like it nobody cares. Besides, if you dont like it why waste your time commenting on it? Slipknot is brutally awesome, and they're probably better than whatever bands you like. So unless you have something good, or helpful to say Shut the F**k up.

I am a huge Slipknot Fan, Maggot, whatever, I have all of their CD's ever released and unreleased (singles, MFKR, Crowz, everything) and this is my least favorite CD out of all of them. Corey's voice just isn't that great in it. It's still good but if you're just getting into slipknot, don't buy this CD first.

This album is GREAT!!!! I, being a huge Slipknot fan, recommends it to all maggots old and new...it brings me back to the concert I went to a few months ago. Its worth the buy.

This album is great! Slipknot is the most amazing band Live! They're the most amazing band period! The music is extremely well played on the album! The Blister Exists is insane! The album really does make you feel like your at a concert. If your thinking about buying it, buy the entire album! It's just not the same if you dont have all the songs. iTunes mixed up The Heretic Anthem and Iowa so you gotta rename them. Anyway, Great album, Best band ever! Stay (Sic) maggots!
