I just recently watch the movie and it was da bomb. Music is great. There is song at the end of the movie that seems that it is not on the cd. The song is where the MSA Crew dances in rain. Other than that it's amazing..

This album has ahmazing music, perfect for the ahmazing movie :) the music is catchy with crazy beats :) The reason for four stars is some songs are just okay for me... some are kinda old too. Still a great album!

wow! Almost ever bit as good as the first soundtrack! The reason I state :almost is because in truth, I dont think there will ever be topping the first soundtrack - yes- it is that good!!! My fav's on the 2nd soundtrack include Low, Killa, Hypnotized, Is it you (my fav), Can't help but wait, Church, 369, and my other fav+ Impossible. So yeah- pretty much the entire album kix!!! This ones hot enough you might have to put it down!

WE COULD GET SOME OF THAT METAL MUSIC THAT THEY USED WHEN THEY DANCED HARDCORE. LIKE AT THE LAST DANCE WITH D AND CHASE, THAT WAS ILL. I WANT THAT $H!T, IT GOT MY BLOOD PUMPIN FAST! LOL

Most of the songs are fun and catchy but after watching the movie, I realize how much music was left off the soundtrack. And unfortunately, it seems like all the best dance music IS NOT on this soundtrack. Personally, I think if your paying for a soundtrack, it should include ALL the music from the film -- even if that means making it a two CD set.

ok if you ave seen this movie then you will no wat im talkin about. When chase was late to class the first time he had to dance to that one song. Why isnt it on here? thats the only reason i give it 4 stars

well i cant decide which i like better...step up 1 or 2! lol but this movie rocks and so does this soundtrack. I know they can't include every song in this movie, but i think that they did leave out a few good 1's. I just bought "shake your pom pom" it's the best song on the album, that and Church but i cant afford 2 buy the whole album so i can't buy "church"!! but overall a great album!! okay i have seen people say that they are upset because some of the songs are album only. here's my suggestion and advice. search for the songs on iTunes, same thing and you can get them for 99 cents. Sound good??? anyhow this is a GREAT album and one of the few albums that i have bought, though I have most of these songs. I loved the fact that "Low" was played twice. anyhow keep it up iTunes and remember: those of you who gave this lower than 5 stars because of the album only things... SEARCH for them. I love love LOVE the movie! AMAZING! And I love the music too. but there are 34 songs in the movie not 16. There is all of the songs listed below plus The potion- Ludichris Get Down- Busta Rhymes We all Want the Same Thing- Kevin Michael Bounce- Timbaland The humpty dance- Digital Underground Haterz Everywhere- B.o.B. I'm a G- Yung Joc Listen to them and you'll remember them from the movie.... Peace

Overall, I really like the album. MOST of my favorites are on the soundtrack. However, I was a little disappointed when I didn't see Bounce by Timbaland feat. Missy Elliot, Dr. Dre & Justin Timberlake or Everything I Can't Have by Robin Thicke on the soundtrack.
