Actually the whole album is a lot better than beyonce's but no one will admit that because brandy doesnt do all this sex sells stuff. I hope its a huge success cos she deserves it.

Brandy's sixth release, Human, is contemporary and warm. Her last album (before greatest hits) was Aphrodisiac, and it wasn't as pleasing as Full Moon or her first two releases. This album combines the best of all her albums, it has hip, shakin' numbers, similar to ones from Full Moon, like 1st & Love and Piano Man. There are comforting and heartwarming ballads, like Warm It Up (With Love) or Human, resembling soft tracks from Never Say Never. The light, pop songs, similar to ones from her self-titled debut, such as Fall and Right Here (Departed). There are really no clear traces of Aphrodisiac, except probably power-infused The Definition; similar to many songs from it. Overall, this is a very complete album, and Brandy has certainly outdone herself.

Ok..so here's the deal, I LOVE EVERY SONG ON THIS ALBUM, literally...of course I am slightly bias because I am the biggest Brandy fan ever but hey, thats just me...Favorites: The Definition, Warm it Up (With Love), Piano Man, Torn Down, Human, TRUEE!!!, A Cappella, Fall, and all the ones are good too...BUY THIS ALBUM to SUPPORT THE QUEEN ON R&B, I've been waiting so long for everyone to start loving Brandy like me and this album just might do it...GOOD LUCK BRANDY!! :)

Brandy is back and better than ever with one of the best album I heard all year. Every song is a classic and single worthy. She gave her all in this album and I hope everyone listens to this album. You will NOT be disappointed at all. Buy this album! I promise you'll love it.

I'm of the generation who knows Brandy from "Cinderella", and never much thought of her as a singer I would buy music from on iTunes. And can I just say WHOA! she's fantastic! I understand the whole "She was my favorite singer back in the 90's and I'm glad she's back" approch to the album, but I think she can stand on her own as a artist. I would love this, even if it was not a comeback album. It's fun, sweet and emotional. Way to go, girl!

To think that you had this long to churn out a great product and this is what you release? Track one is track two is track three is track sixteen. Brandy - put your talents to better use! Show us what you're made of. This is an overproduced background-track with one theme - a droning back beat and airbrushed vocals. I'll welcome you back next time around... I'm sorry to have been disappointed!

This album is great. The four years were definitely worth the wait. I wish I could tell you which of the songs are best but I can't cuz all of them are superb. Definitely buy it!! Viva la Human!

While I agree, this is not one of Brandy's best, strongest albums, she still does not fail to dissapoint. This is a nice, easy listening album and especially nice for relaxing to in a hot bath or sipping on tea. I feel that Brandy has really grown vocally as well as emotionally and you can feel it in this album. Thank you Brandy!

Everytime Brandy comes out with a album, I get so excited because I know that she will always rise to the occasion. Her vocals are breathtaking as usual, and the songs on this album have true meaning and definition. This album definitely will not dissappoint Brandy fans and true fans of r&b. Reminds me of the 90s with of course a mix of todays generation. I could listen to this girl forever!

I just have to say, that I totally agree with the person who said the stuff about how most albums use the "sex appeal" to sell their albums. Which is a shame. I like brandy, cause she didn't just say, "oh well...let me put a naked picture of myself on the cover, so people will by it." I really respect that. And the topics of her music aren't dirty too. I'm sick of hearing about ******* biznitches. I really support her.

The songs has good melodies and the lyrics are sincerely about love, relationship, and personal strengths.

This is probably the best R&B album I've ever heard. I like almost all the songs, and each of them are unique. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that all the lyrics were clean with good messages. Of the R&B I've encountered, there is usually a good deal of inappropriate lyrics, but I didn't find any problems with this album. My favorites are Warm It Up (With Love), Right Here (Departed), and Fall. Absolutely beautiful!

i have been a true brandi fan and even though she has had some difucult times i truly feel that she is growing as an artist she is becoming the woman that god wants her to be the music human is not for the average person it is for someone who need to feel the presence of real vocal not auto tunes some one who needs real musical contents not song like single ladies overall human is for herself it to me represents a cleansing if you will for that alone i respect but truthfully is there anyone in the game between the age of 21-30 that can get this chick i think not other than jasmine sullivan vocal ablility her lryics dont compare to human this it the album that brandy should have made four years ago is back from the ashes she is the phoneix respect real talent will you see it

I thought Afrodisiac had an amazing vibe. This disappoints as there are fewer uptempo beats. But the introspection is the same. In Afrodisiac, she spoke about her "divorce" and how it affected her as a person, and Human is a reflection of her realizing who exactly that person is - an average Human, who is subject to mistakes, such as her 2006 car accident that resulted in the death of a driver. If you couple Brandy's usual introspection with matured vocals, and heartwarming vocals (to be cliché, but that's really what these are), you have a timeless work of art: Human.

Full of slo jams with heart and soul! I definitely think this is Brandy's calling:) Her voice is so soothing! I was able to listen to the whole thing this morning while working, and it put me in a great mood! Keep it up Brandy! Your last 2 albums have been solid!
