Alot of great artists on this album. One of the best soundtracks Ive heard for a film. I wish they included The Belle Brigade in this soundtrack. If you bought this album then I suggest you check out The Belle Brigade. I guarantee you wont be dissapointed.

I love all the songs from the movie. I am absolutely in love with Garrett Hedlund's voice! It is so deep - it's mesmserizing. He could always fall back on a musical career if he wants a break from acting. I'd buy his album. (He's not bad to look at either). I do think this second album of the movie soundtrack with the songs actually sung from the same poeple that were in the movie is a much better representation. I have both CD's, but I only listen to this one. Summary: Great movie, great music, great actors.

Most of you that say you don't like country music but you like these songs by Meester and Hedlund have likely discovered that there is much, much more to "country" music than what you hear on your local radio. Keep searching and you'll discover much more amazing music like this than the radio will ever play. Great album.

Great album, great songs...only wish the movie could have been as good. Great performers, but the script needed some work before it hit the big screen. Too much going on, and it jumps around too much. But the soundtrack is EXCELLENT! Hedlund & Meester are terrific together.

I'm not a big country music fan but I admit that there are a lot of country artist & songs that I love and the songs on this album I just love them all specially the duet. I'm so glad I finally saw the movie & found this album so I can download the songs!!

I love Trace, but I think that Garret's version of Timing Is Everything is better and is more real and cuts to your heart more. Love this song and Give In to Me!! I was really impressed with how well the actors sang the songs in the movie!!

Where in the world is the movie version of Friends in Low Places?! That song marked a pivotal point in the movie, and was what the movie basically ended on. And, it's one of my favorite songs! Especially done by Garrett Hedlund <3 Anywhoo, besides that, the soundtrack is impeccable. (:

I really like "Shake That Thing" and "Country Strong" !!! They were my favorite from the movie !

I watched Country Strong last week and loved these two together!! I thought I would buy the cd which I haven't done in a very long time and didn't at all think of iTunes so I regret buying the cd because I liked the versions from the movie not the ones on the cd. Absolutely love their voices but I am a sucker for deep voices like his so I downloaded more of his.

I watched the movie and loved it. Fell in love with THEIR songs. I don't understand why the other Soundtrack is getting promoted more. These are the songs that pretty much made the movie. There are a couple of songs I'll buy from the other album but this one I bought the whole thing. They have some amazing voices and should get the real credit!!

I just watched the movie and HAD to check iTunes for the song "Give Into Me". I think it is worth more than $1.

I love Garrett's voice, so original and just the kind of music I love listening too. Not too main stream and not too 'Nashville'! I'm a southern girl who love good ole Texas country, and I just love everything he sang on this track. I'd pay big bucks to see him play live, I hope he takes a musical career chance, I'd be the biggest fan!

I love this album but was disappointed that Gwyneth Paltrow's "Country Strong" was not included in it.

Love the cd, especially the singing by Garrett H., but Faith Hill's version of "Give In To Me" is absolutely terrible compared to Leighton meester and Garrett Hedlund. Why did she even do it? Because her husbands in the movie? Ugh. Terrible song by Faith. Also this movie is so bad it's funny but that doesn't mean I didn't love watching it over and over!;)

Wow!!! Garrett Hedlund definetly has a future in music if he wants it. He has a Texas Country / Honky Tonk sound. I want More!!!!
