Bailey Zimmerman Biography
Bailey Zimmerman (born January 27, 2000 in Louisville, Illinois, USA) is an American country singer/songwriter. Zimmerman's journey to musical stardom began with a Snapchat video of Black Stone Cherry’s "Stay" while waiting at his stepbrother’s shop. This caught the attention of songwriter Gavin Lucas, who encouraged Zimmerman to explore his own music. Their collaboration resulted in Zimmerman’s first song, "Never Comin' Home," which he shared on TikTok in December 2020. The song’s rapid virality, amassing over a million views in just five hours, inspired him to record it professionally and leave his job to pursue music. His gamble paid off when "Never Comin' Home" gained significant traction, leading to his debut performance and eventual signing with Core Entertainment in 2021. Zimmerman’s rise continued with his 2022 breakout single, "Fall in Love," which reached No. 29 on the Billboard Hot 100. Signed to Warner Music Nashville and Elektra Records, he released his debut major-label project *Leave the Light On*, debuting in the Billboard 200’s top 10. By 2023, he joined Morgan Wallen’s tour and debuted at the Grand Ole Opry. His first full-length album, "Religiously. The Album.", released on May 12, 2023, led to an international tour. In 2024, Zimmerman continued to make waves with new releases like "Holy Smokes" and his contribution to the film "Twisters" soundtrack, cementing his place as a rising star in country music.
