As a successful commercial songwriter/producer, Preston Glass has few equals, tallying 567 titles with BMI - including thirty Top10 R&B Hits, five Top10 Pop Hits, and five BMI Award Winning Songs. He has written, produced or recorded with Natalie Cole, Aretha Franklin, Kenny G, Stacy Lattisaw, Johnny Gill, Earth, Wind & Fire, George Benson, Jennifer Holliday, Hiroko, Narada Michael Walden, Lionel Richie, Phyllis Hyman, Patti Austin, Denice Williams, The Temptations, and Dionne Warwick. Glass, of New Orleans musical heritage, also teaches music (at UCLA), as did his grandfather and mother.
