The Heaters Biography
The Heaters were a pop/new wave band formed by sisters Maggie & Missy Connell (keyboards & bass), along with singer Mercy Bermudez. They were based in L.A and managed to produce two albums before disbanding. Missy was the main creative force behind the band and wrote most of their material. The Heaters are also a garage rock/punk band from Salt Lake City, Utah. Danish pigtraad group who recorded a single in 1965 Walking Down The Street/ Just Can´t Go To Sleep as a prize for winning a contest called ""The danish Kinks". It was never distributed. It was released on the anthology CD "Copenhagen Beat" on Hit´n´´beat - first released on vinyl in 1989. The Heaters aka The Heats were a Seattle power pop band 1978-1983 and 1999 - Present. Consisting of members: Ken Deans ~ Drums Keith Lilly ~ Bass Steve Pearson ~ Guitar Don Short ~ Guitar Wayne Clack ~ Bass Rick Bourgoin ~ Drums
