Fantastic album! Mike Shinoda is the best!

Absolutely loving that Mike decided to do solo music! Album Review: Originally the first 3 songs were released in January as part of the EP ‘Post Traumatic’ and it was an amazing treat for any Linkin Park fan who were wondering how long they would have to wait until they’d hear new music. Then the full length was announced and the remaining 13 songs are absolutely incredible! Couldn’t ask for a better album than this one! For people still wondering when new LP music will arrive just give Mike, Brad, Joe, Rob and Dave time to rebuild the band’s foundation and future. As a side note, the other four guys had a hand in helping Mike with this album whether it be songwriting (Brad) or Features (Rob) and live appearances (Dave & Joe). If Mike plans to do a follow up I’d definitely be on the lookout! Great job Mike, absolutely can’t get enough of this album! Rating: 10/10 Recommended Tracks: Lift Off Running From My Shadow I.O.U. Post Traumatic not only showcases Mike Shinoda’s rapping ability, but his singing ability as well. It is the perfect album for any mourning Linkin Park fans, but is also a very catchy and electrifying album for anybody that listens to music. You owe it to yourself to buy this album, as Mike Shinoda’s talent radiates from it in every track.

If you’re someone who didn’t know about the tragic death of LINKIN PARK singer/cofounder Chester Bennington last year, this album has Chester’s close friend and LINKIN PARK cofounder Mike Shinoda spilling out all of his emotions concerning the tragedy. One almost can’t stop oneself from looking into the history of Chester, Mike and LINKIN PARK after listening to this album. This album truly moved me to tears. Chester, you will always be missed. You will never be forgotten by me. Mike, I will always support you, especially now during your time of grief. You inspired me to start writing raps of my own, and I sincerely hope you find closure. It takes so much guts to make music right after a close friend passes away, and I admire your courage in doing this. I hope you keep making music. This album is amazing. The lyrics reflect raw emotion and the beats get complete the ambiance. The first time I sampled the prereleased tracks I could feel the music move me in his grief. I can relate to this deep grief. And isn’t that what music is about? Sharing experiences, helping people heal? Shinoda is an amazing artist in his own right and should be respected as such. Wasn't sure what to expect from Mike Shinoda outside of LP, to be honest. I've always loved him as a part of LP, so I knew I was looking forward to his own record, but also really hoping it was surprising as well. And I was NOT disappointed at all! It was everything I was hoping for, and the touch of real emotions - even at the verge of shocking at times - made it so much better than what I'd imagined. Love this record top to bottom. Keep 'em coming, Mike! <3

I love every track he include in this album, I'm a big fan of Mike since Fort Minor and still listening to his album "The Rising Tied" but this one changed everything, Alternative genre is a good idea. This album really describes his life with Linkin Park and how he feels in front of his friend that he lost Chester, RIP for the good artist and Mike, please keep up the good work and don't get disappointed, Thank you!

I love this album but some of the songs are just so like linkin Parks sound I’m just waiting for Chester and mike to harmonize and then I remember he’s gone. I’m so glad that mikes still making music though.
