Feel good music. Nothing wrong with simple lyrics. The John Denver sample is what got me. Works beautifully and gives me good Country Roads feels. Even if it was a whole song remake, it would have sounded lovely. No one is forgetting about John and if people are too young, it’s a good introduction to the original.

I’m all for giving new bands a chance but I dislike them. I feel like the lyrics in their songs are extremely bland and basic like everything on radio today. Not a fan of Dan + Shay but they just seem like Dan + Shay wanna-bes.
