This was easily the best album of 2020, even though I don’t understand Spanish that much, this is one of the very few albums that I can listen to and fall in love with the sound without the lyrics, and after learning these lyrics it made me love it even more. Since the beginning, Kali Uchis has shown her raw talent and being able to see her growth over the years has been wonderful. As a Latina in the US, finding my identity has been a struggle for me, but her music always felt like I found my home and more importantly, myself.
