The casting for bell and Mrs. Potts is just completely wrong

The cast did a wonderful job bringing these songs to life! Can’t compare this album to the 2017 film or the 1992 film because they are all unique and great in their own right. H.E.R. did amazing as Belle and Josh Groban’s voice was great for Beast. Enjoy the album!

The music is just plain bad. I wish they hired people who could carry a tune. Walt Disney must have rolled over in his grave with this cast.

I think that sometimes people can get stuck in their nostalgia too much and want everything to sound the same. I am a Beauty and the Beast STAN. (Provincial is greater the ball gown everyday of the week.) I appreciate different takes on my favorite Disney movie AND Princess. The whole cast had phenomenal vocals if one allows themselves to listen and not compare it to the original. It is a retelling. Things will look AND sound different. H.E.R. embodies melodic R&B sounds, making it look effortless in the process, Shania Twain has the down home country (just not British) feel for Mrs Potts, and Josh Groban has the right amount of bass and bravado in his voice to capture the Beast’s spirit. Martin Short was his usual brilliant self. It was a great tribute to a great movie!

H.E.R. was miscast as Belle. She just does not sound emotional enough in her singing. Everyone else was okay. Martin Short and Josh Groban especially.

If You Want To Do Something Special For A Beloved Movie And Wish To Include A Diverse Cast, For The Love Of God Cast Someone With Some Actual Emotion In Their Vocals😳 Shania Twain Sounds A Little Rough, But Josh Groban, Martin Short, And Joshua Henry Are Perfectly Fine!
