So tired of seeing people tear down the Music on this album! If you simply want to stop being a fan over one song then you were never really a true fan! Music is supposed to be inclusive, many types of people the world over listen to music. Simply because people choose a same sex partner doesn’t mean they should be excluded from the joy of music! Some reviews say they don’t hear Tyler Childers on the radio, well I have on the outlaw country station on Sirius XM radio and pandora! I myself do not subscribe to the same sex lifestyle, and I am sure there may be many who don’t, but that is no reason to be condescending towards those who do! Kudos Tyler Childers! I for one will continue to purchase, Listen to, and enjoy your music!

I’ve probably listened to this 100 times on repeat with Isbell’s new album since I downloaded them yesterday. Bryan, isbell and Childers are bringing the heart back to country. Their songs are a mix of rock, realism and relatability.

Watched the video which was first time I heard the song. I’ve heard people actually cried watching the video…..I agree totally with that. The video got me crying. Loved Colton Haynes in Teen Wolf and still a fan today and him and the other gentleman did a BEAUTIFUL JOB with delivering the visual story ♥️

From artistic arrangements to the tear drop stained vocals, this album proves the original sounds of grassroots music is still alive. No fancy production, just music from the heart that resonates heavily in to listeners looking for something more in music.

Didn’t know who he was until I read something about this song and checked it out. His voice is beautiful and I like the idea he’s not afraid to go against the grain of stereotype country music. It takes a good moral compass to standup for love no matter the type. Plus this guy is straight, married and has a child. Very impressed with him . Will be checking out his other songs. This is a wonderful song dealing with love and the video told a good story.

Among Kentucky’s most well-known contributions to American life are Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul. Tyler Childers and his new album makes up for those grave sins, Kentucky. Childers’s current album is the best I’ve heard this year since Sunny War’s Anarchist Gospel last winter. The songwriting and musicianship are simply brilliant. Childers’s ability to evoke and atmosphere and time and place is stunning. I look forward to more of his work.

I really enjoy Tyler's music and I understand that each musician is on their own journey within their craft.... Not my favorite, not even close... will be hard to find a spot for normal rotation with this one. Hope for nothing but success for him but, this albumn just doesn't resonate with me. Hoping to jump back on the bandwagon on the next one.

Timmy Ty did it again!!! Whole album slaps, 7/7 bangers! S.G. Goodman and Margo Price are highlights as featured artists, The Travelin’ McCourys made a song about mules the banger of the year!

Don’t care either way about his politics but this album and the last two aren’t anywhere near as good as the first two. Think he needs to take some time off and let his ideas and songs mature instead of cranking music out at this pace.

His music was far more interesting when he was an addict. Now he’s letting his liberal views show. A traitor to country music

The song itself is quite sweet, but I think it’s time to some return and incorporate the sounds from Purgatory. Those sounds stood out and simply weren’t matched by anything else on the market.

This album of new songs and covers reminds me of the traditional country music sounds from the classic album by another Kentuckian Dwight Yoakum over 30 years . That album was one of the key albums to bring traditional instruments and lyrics back to country music in the mid 80s. Tyler is leading this effort now and was given the whole show on the Grand Ole Opry to highlight this album.
