One of the most underrated groups from the 70s, Redbone was great!

I can only imagine that the original reviewer was either not born, barely alive, or had some other problem in 1970 to say that "Witch Queen of New Orleans" is "just plain dumb." I was Sixteen years old in 1970, and I played that song so much I wore out the record.

Guardians 1&3 and Endgame inspired me to listen to this 🤩🤩🤩

Every time I hear “come and get your love” reminds me of cris Pratt dancing through the abandoned temple.

I’m a 13 year old and just listening to it makes me just happy and I could listen to it all day.

Redbone did some SUPER music. It's a shame the record company putting this "essential" collection together forgot to include a couple of other ESSENTIAL songs from the POTLATCH album, such as "Alcatraz," "Drinkin' and BLo" and "Bad News Ain't No News At All". POTLATCH is a must-have for any Redbone fan!! This is a super collection, but I have to rate it a "4-star" with those songs missing from it.

After reading the iTunes Album Review of this particular album, one can immediately grasp the truth in the statement: "You cannot have a battle of wits with an unarmed person!" I cannot believe what I just read. Clearly the iTunes Reviewer has no idea what-so-ever of the album they wrote such a scathing review of! REDBONE was, in actuality, one helluva fine band and quite original. This album is THE EXACT OPPOSITE of what the iTunes Album Reviewer originally wrote for this group and this album. What iTunes ought to do is make Redbones other albums available to others. I can't believe that only one album is listed.

With music as it is today, these native men brought soul out through there music, wish they were still playin.

One of the finest bands I've ever known. I lived every note of their music while growing up. Their lyrics were kind and though-provoking, poems set to music that I can recite word for word to this day. I only wish that I could find digital versions of New Blue Sermonette, Who Can Say, and Prehistoric Rhythm. So many great songs. I wish them well and thank them for the positive impact they had in my younger years.
