Some of the songs are really good but like her other songs the vocals are atrocious and the auto tune makes the songs sound disgusting if that makes sense.

I must say, this is one of the few albums that doesn't have a single song that I've deleted. This album is just PERFECT. 1. Nuclear Seasons - Nice sound, reminds me of "It's My Life" by Talk Talk :) 7/10 2. You (Ha Ha Ha) - Great! No words! 9/10 3. Take My Hand - Happy, upbeat, catchy and makes me happy. 8/10 4. Stay Away - Kind of reminds me of some 90's Disney song but I just can't remember.. Good song though 8/10 5. Set Me Free (Feel My Pain) - I don't know how to describe it but.. Oh well 7/10 6. Grins - I don't know why, but I kind of like it 7/10 7. So Far Away - Underrated but a little unusual.. 7/10 8. Cloud Aura - A little weird but takes me back! 8/10 9. Can't believe people just now started paying attention to her. She is like the quintessential indie pop star; she's gorgeous with a unique style, she has interesting music videos, and most of all, she makes dark Grimes-esque pop that easily fits into the mainstream without trying too hard to focus on the pop fans as her core audience. She has the capability to develop true fans from all across the board, and alot of aspiring popstars can't say the same. Cannot wait until her new album hits. It's going to be epic.

To be quite honest, when a friend introduced me to Charli XCX I didn't really like how glittery and processed her sound was. I thought it was too much and too pop-y, but after giving her another listen on Nuclear Seasons I realized how amazing these songs are. They are full of energy, the production is great, and the lyrics make me feel so happy; it's a refereshing kind of pop. It's an added bonus that she can sing amazingly live and she is absolutely adorable. She's young and talented and I hope her future albums do this one justice.

Ok; so I know I'm kind of late because this came out a while ago... But I just bought and can I say slayed? This album is amazing. Every single song I can relate to in sad and happy ways, but even when the lyrics are sad, the electronic beats make me want to get up and dance. It's been a day, and I love Charli. Can't wait for new music in the future but for now, this is absolutely fabulous. 😍😍😍

My first exposure to Charli was her SUPERLOVE video on youtube. (That song is an instant hit.) I was so impressed that I went back and got this. While I feel none of these tracks reaches the level of SUPERLOVE, there are some stellar jams here.
