Notwithstanding, more than a decade later, she is one of the biggest hip-hop/R&B divas on the planet, and she’s pretty much in a class by herself in terms of the global recognition she’s gained through the years. The sultry R&B jam “Crazy In Love” had dramatically changed Beyoncé’s whole career, and had even begun to cross over onto the pop charts almost instantly, as did her next few albums, Bday, I Am Sasha Fierce and 4. Nevertheless, this album really showcases Ms. Knowles’s soulful style and personality, as well as her powerful and multifaceted gem of a voice. Keep going Queen Bey! We love you!!
